Nicholas D. Benzine graduated from Hofstra University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in
Political Science. While enrolled at Hofstra, he worked in the Homicide/Major Crimes Division for The
United States Attorneys' office in Washington, D.C. He earned a Juris Doctor Degree from the Walter F.
George School of Law at Mercer University. During law school, he worked for Chief Judge Ben W. Studdard
III , of Henry County State Court. He joined the firm as an associate upon graduation from law school,
and is admitted to the Georgia Bar.
