Bio

Fred earned his Juris Doctor cum laude from Michigan State University, where he served as President of his graduating class and on the Executive Committee of the Moot Court Board. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Prior to attending law school, Fred worked as a regional sales representative for a large national labor contracting company. Prior to joining the firm in 2000, he practiced in the area of estate planning with The Andersen Firm in Kingsport, Tennessee, and practiced product liability litigation with King & Spalding in Atlanta. He is a member of the Georgia Bar and the Tennessee Bar. Fred is a Partner with the Firm, and his practice includes an emphasis on workers' compensation law as well as estate planning.
