Bio

H. Durance Lowendick has practiced in Workers' Compensation defense for over twenty-five years. After graduating with honors from Emory University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and History, he graduated with distinction from the Emory University School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Moot Court Society. He was initially associated with the firm of Phillips, Hart & Moseley and then co-founded the firm of Hines & Lowendick. He later founded the firm of Lowendick & Sligh, P.C. which eventually became Lowendick, Cuzdey, Ehrmann, Wagner, & Stine, LLC. He is, Of Counsel, and the firm continues to benefit from his experience, counsel and guidance.
